If the man feels that he is inadequate, no amount of convincing him otherwise will make a difference, and he will feel that he is responsible for the wife being dissatisfied. There is no way around it - penis size does matter, at least to a man. Although it is a physical limitation, it has a huge impact psychologically.
No matter how others view him, he will see himself however his ego allows him to, which has a direct link to the size of his penis. So, a larger penis is obviously what every man wants to have, and most will do whatever they can to get it.
