Welcome to the beginner's guide to getting bigger with penis exercises. Over the next few minutes as you read through, you're going to be getting a lot of information but it will only be helpful to you if you put what you learn to use, so be ready to take action and start getting bigger!
First of all, practically every penis exercise starts with the warm up. The warm up is a very simple procedure and you'll just want to wrap your penis in a wet warm washcloth or towel to get it loosened up and semi-erect. For most penis exercises, with the exception of the first one we go over below, it is ideal to have about 70% of a full erection, so that your penis is easy to work with but not so hard that the tissues can't be easily manipulated during exercises.
The first exercise you'll do is an extension of the warm up and should be done each day when you start your exercises. It is called the Kegel and is the most simple of the penis exercises but also plays a vital role in widening the penis and giving you better orgasm control so that you can last longer in bed.
The Kegel is different from most exercises in that you want your penis as hard and heavy as possible. Once you're there, flex the muscle you use to control your peeing rapidly (this is the muscle at the base of your penis, or the PC muscle). If done right, the penis should sort of 'hop' up on. Hold this for as long as you can before letting go for a few seconds. In the beginning, start with 10-15 of these, then add another 5 to 10 each day depending on how you feel.
The second exercise we're going to talk about is the Jelq, also known as "milking", and for this exercise you'll want to be a little softer, about 70-80% erect. Lubricate your penis with some lotion or lube and then make a ring out of your thumb and forefinger in a sort of "OK" sign. Squeeze this ring gently but firmly around the base of your penis and then slide it from base to tip, squeezing the whole time. Once your hand reaches the end of your penis begin again with your other hand repeating this cycle 50-100 times for an effective workout.
