Advanced penis enlargement exercises are not for the faint of heart. They are only for those who have done the basics and know they want to go further. Do not attempt these unless you've mastered the basic jelqing and kegel exercises! After you've been jelqing for two months, you may be ready to go onto this exercise.
First, some words of caution. The Arabian Jelq is relatively easy to do and low risk. The technique I'm about to teach you takes it a step further, and carries with it a slight chance of injury. Always make sure that you know what you're doing, and use caution in doing these exercises. The slightest slip can cause permanent damage, and the promise of a larger size is not worth it.
Always use lubrication with this exercise. Make sure that the lubricant you choose is alcohol free and also contains no added fragrances.
To do this exercise, you are going to need Jelqing sticks. You can actually make them yourself. They are about 10 inches long and half an inch in diameter. You can use plastic PVC pipe. Wood is not recommended, as there would be the risk of splinters.
With a fully flaccid penis, take the sticks and place one on either side of the penis. Holding one in each hand, exert constant pressure and move the sticks to the tip, squeezing constantly. They should slide smoothly over the penis due to lubrication. Stop behind the head and hold for three seconds then release. Return to start, and repeat the exercise for up to fifteen minutes.
